All content, materials, visuals, and written content on this site — including but not limited to logos, branding, text, videos, images, and software — are the intellectual property of Dreamozy LLC or its licensed partners.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
3. Purchases, Payments & Access
By purchasing or enrolling in one of our services, you agree to:
Provide truthful and complete billing and contact information
Authorize OnlyPearl or its designated third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method
Respect the terms of the program you are enrolling in (e.g., match process, coaching)Acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing
All fees are stated in USD and are final upon purchase.
4. Personalized Matchmaking Disclaimer
OnlyPearl provides a human-led, curated matchmaking experience.
We do not guarantee:
That a romantic relationship will result from participationAny specific emotional or relational outcomes, including marriage
- The behavior, sincerity, or long-term compatibility of any individual you are introduced to
- Our role is to facilitate a private and intentional connection process.
- The outcome depends on mutual openness, communication, and personal alignment.
5. User Responsibilities & Conduct
When engaging with the OnlyPearl platform, team, or clients, you agree to:
- Participate sincerely and in good faith
- Treat others (clients, matchmakers, matches) with respect
- Follow any communication or behavioral guidance provided by the OnlyPearl team
- Avoid conduct that could cause harm, manipulation, or disruption
We reserve the right to pause or terminate access to services at our sole discretion if we observe any abusive, dishonest, or harmful behavior.
6. User Accounts & Data
If an account or profile is created on your behalf, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, updated, and truthful information
- Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or account access
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your information or profile
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
7. Third-Party Services & Tools
OnlyPearl may integrate or use third-party services such as:
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Paypal)
- Scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Highlevel)CRM, analytics, and video communication systems
We are not responsible for the terms, security, or privacy practices of these third parties. Please refer to their individual policies before use.
8. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the personalized, limited-access nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the onboarding, coaching, or curation process has begun.
Exceptions may apply only if stated in a written agreement at the time of purchase.
9. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our website or services, without refund, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in deceptive, inappropriate, or abusive conduct
- You fail to comply with instructions from our team
- Your behavior poses a threat to the integrity or safety of the OnlyPearl Circle
Termination is at our sole discretion, and any associated fees will not be refunded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, OnlyPearl, Dreamozy LLC, and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Emotional, financial, or relational outcomes related to matchmaking
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Service disruptions, technical issues, or third-party failures
- Personal dissatisfaction with matches or communications
You agree to use the services at your own risk and understand that results are not guaranteed.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, USA.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting the new version on our website, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.
Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
